Juvenile Records Are Kept Confidential
Court
Records
All court records are maintained and kept by the clerk as permanent
records. With the exception of juvenile court records, these records are
public information.
Payment
The Circuit Clerk also collects payments for the Juvenile
Courts, including collection of fines, penalties, restitution and costs.
Payments may be made in the Juvenile Justice Center located at
1301 Melissa Drive or sent by mail.
Please make all checks and money orders payable to the Benton County Circuit Clerk (BCCC).
When paying in person with cash
you will need exact change.

The Circuit Clerk's office cannot make any changes to your restitution payment
schedule. Any such changes need to be approved by the Court. Please contact your attorney.
