This program involves routine and follow up assessments of all public and semi-public (motels, etc.) pools and spas. Assessments are conducted monthly through the pool/spa operating season in order to determine that the operations continues to maintain compliance with current rules and regulations. Benton County provided 241 assessments in fiscal year 2005.
